1. Who may use this site
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. You’re responsible for keeping your account and password (if any) confidential.
2. Content is for information, not therapy
The material on this site—including workshops, PDFs, videos, and coaching—offers general educational information. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.
3. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloads are either owned by TC or used with permission. You may view, print, and share our free resources for personal use, but you may not sell, repost, or create derivative works without written consent.
4. Your content
If you share comments, testimonials, or other materials with us, you grant TC a worldwide, royalty‑free license to display and reproduce that content for marketing, research, or educational purposes. You guarantee that you own the rights to anything you submit.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation;
- Post or transmit harmful, harassing, or infringing content;
- Try to access or damage the site’s code, servers, or data;
- Use automated scrapers or bots without permission;
- Resell or sublicense our content.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you’ve violated these terms.
6. Purchases, refunds, and cancellations
Pricing: Current prices are listed on the Services page. We reserve the right to change prices before you place an order.
Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Workshops: Dates are reserved upon written confirmation and payment of any required deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non‑refundable but may be rescheduled once within 60 days—subject to availability.
Coaching sessions: Seats must be booked within 60 days of the workshop date unless noted otherwise. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Digital products (e.g., PDFs, videos) are non‑refundable once delivered.
7. Links to other sites
We may link to third‑party websites. We don’t control or endorse their content and aren’t responsible for any damage or loss relating to those links.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use—or inability to use—our site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TC harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally; failing that, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Monroe County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a class‑action proceeding.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
